1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, users come to a mutual agreement that on fuzein’s website the following terms and conditions users have to abide by. If users do not agree or abide by these terms then the user is not permitted to use the website. fuzein also holds the ability to change the terms and conditions. It is up to the customer to check regularly for changes in terms and conditions. ​

The user must be of legal age to be qualified to purchase the product. Must agree to the terms and conditions to purchase and operate the website.​

Every single piece of content inside of this website is owned by fuzein and its licensors. The licensors and fuzein are protected with copyright, trademark and other intellectual laws. It is prohibited to copy, disperse, or change anything if not permitted by fuzein.

The utilization of our service/website will require some personal data. fuzein maintains a high standard not to compromise or release any of the information fuzein receives from the user. 6. PAY AND BILLING (IF APPLICABLE)

By making a purchase with fuzein users agree to surrender accurate billing information. Giving fuzein the ability to charge the users account for any applicable fees. If fuzein makes an incorrect billing the user may take the issue to customer service.

This website may have links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by fuzein. fuzein is not responsible for the content, privacy regulations, or any other part of third-party websites.

9. TERMINATION

If the user violates any of the terms and conditions fuzein has the right to terminate/discontinue the users personal use of this service. fuzein also reserves the right to discontinue any use if fuzein shuts down the website. This means that the user must get rid of any copies or personal information on the service/website.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

The user agrees to compensate,  and hold harmless fuzein, its employees, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. GOVERNING LAW

The terms and conditions have been reviewed and talked over in accordance with the law of Texas and the city of Haslet.
